No, you don’t need to join with a partner. However, to learn the dance you need a partner. We have both men and women in the class and we rotate partners. So joining with a partner is totally optional. If you are not comfortable dancing with everyone then join with a partner.

"Do the thing you fear and the death of fear is certain". Start dancing, shyness will go. Our teaching process is very natural. Will make you aware of your own body so you express effortlessly.You don't need a dance background. Non-dancers must give this a try, until then you will never know the beauty of Social Dancing.

There is no age limit. Social Dancing is for Everyone.

Anything that is comfortable.  We recommend leggings/Jeggings/sports wear for women (for training). Dancing shoes are not mandatory. Carry any pair of shoes you can spin in and your feet will not pop out or a pair of socks is .
